Brought my old (14 year old) Staffy to the pool for the first time today. She was a bit reluctant at first but the staff member there was really helpful with giving us advice on how to encourage her.

Sian is amazing- so knowledgeable and helpful. She helped Clifford who has hip dysplasia and needs regular low impact activities to build stronger leg muscles. Clifford loves the water but can become tired very quickly -especially in his hips- and can be over excited in the water. The pool is set up to allow him to have rest breaks and when swimming he is supported to get the most out of the session which is helping build his hip muscles. Sian has helped him become calmer and more focused in the water too. Such an amazing place- so grateful to have met Sian and have this amazing facility on our doorstep.

Had 2 sessions in the pool with my young Labrador. The first time he was a little nervous and reluctant to get in, both staff members were amazing at engaging and supporting him for a successful and positive swim. The second session he was like a different dog, so confident and swimming to retrieve the toys. They fit them with lifejackets and no need to get in the pool yourself, you just get to enjoy the session! Bonus that it tires them out and great in all weathers as it's indoors and heated. Looking forward to booking in more sessions.

Excellent facilities with trained staff on hand. Can even book a birthday party for your dog!
